Acid Flushing

Like blood through your arteries, proper water flow is critical to the life of your equipment. We do this through acid flushing of the individual water paths in your equipment. This is the only way to verify that the correct water flow is present. By flushing paths individually we can help prevent over heating that can damage critical and expensive components. These components can also have long lead times for replacement. We flush the water paths in the opposite direction of normal flow and also use air to help remove debris and restrictions in the water paths. We then rinse the path to neutralize the acid.

Preventive Maintenance

We provide physical preventive maintenance. This includes visual inspections that look for damage from overheating, water leaks and arcing. All accessible bolted connections are checked. All terminal strips are checked to ensure proper wire connections. Logic boards are checked to ensure chips are seated properly and all connections to the boards are verified to be in good condition. All resistors and capacitors are checked and their wire connections are verified. We ensure that all high voltage wiring is isolated from both logic wires and the potential to damage boards or components. We test and verify all safety and protection functions for the equipment such as ground detectors, door switches and water pressure switches to ensure proper operation. We then check and verify logic operation and gating signals to devices.
